Q1: What’s the minimum order quantity for this product?
A1: For stock style, MOQ is only 1 set, for custom style, MOQ is 3 sets.
Q2: Can you provide sample? And how about the sample policy?
A2: Sure, we can provide free sample, and you only need to pay the shipping cost.
Q3: How long is sample lead time?
A3: Within 3 days after your payment of the sample order’s shipping cost.
Q4: How long is bulk production lead time?
A3: 1-5000 sets, lead time is 1-3 days; 5000-100000 sets, lead time is 3-25 days, above 100000 sets, we need to negotiate.
Q5: Can I put my own Logo on your products?
A4: Yes, of course. We provide custom service and one-step service, from design to production. Our company has 10 years’ OEM/ODM experience.
Q6: What’s your payment terms?
A5: We accept T/T, L/C, Paypal, Western Union, Alipay, Wechat Payment.
Q7: When can I get the quotation?
A7: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent, please call us or send us email, so that we could regard your inquiry priority.

What to do if your item(s) is missing
If your items have not arrived or are missing in transit, please contact the shipping company responsible for the delivery. Once the product leaves our warehouse, the delivery company becomes responsible for its possession and safe arrival. We can try to contact them on your behalf, but we strongly advise that you attempt to contact them first; if the case cannot be resolved, please reach out to us with the details of your order and conversation with the shipping company. We are not responsible for items that go missing or are damaged during transit.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Ship items back within 21 days of delivery.
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
