A:Free for standard items we have stock in our factory, the express cost will be on your account. And samples can be customized as you required, half charges will be undertook by ourselves. You just need to pay half of thesamples charges and it will be returned back to you after you placed the order more than 1000pcs per color.
Q3:What is the lead time for samples?
A:Always samples will be sent out to you between 5-10days and will confirm with you if the sample is special or we are in a peak production situation.
Q4:What is the lead time for bulk production?
A:In general we will be able to make the shipment for our customers in 45-60days after we received your official order and some of our products will be shipped to you in 7-10days if you place a small order less than 100 pcs. Anyway, the lead time will be negotiable according to the actual production situation.
A:Regarding OEM service, general MOQ of each design is 1000pcs, if MOQ is less than 1000pcs, we will try our best to help you find a reasonable way to solve.

A:By sea or air or by courier like DHL, UPS, Fedex.

What to do if your item(s) is missing
If your items have not arrived or are missing in transit, please contact the shipping company responsible for the delivery. Once the product leaves our warehouse, the delivery company becomes responsible for its possession and safe arrival. We can try to contact them on your behalf, but we strongly advise that you attempt to contact them first; if the case cannot be resolved, please reach out to us with the details of your order and conversation with the shipping company. We are not responsible for items that go missing or are damaged during transit.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Ship items back within 21 days of delivery.
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

2) Perishable products (like food or flowers)
