This type of wood is not only incredibly durable, flexible, antibacterial, and water resistant, but it also grows dozens of meters in just a few years whereas most trees take several decades. Each tree also contributes to the sequestration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere before acting as carbon storage when repurposed into furniture or decor. Further, due to the longevity of this form of wood, it is unlikely you will need to replace acacia items for years to come. What to do if your item(s) is missing
If your items have not arrived or are missing in transit, please contact the shipping company responsible for the delivery. Once the product leaves our warehouse, the delivery company becomes responsible for its possession and safe arrival. We can try to contact them on your behalf, but we strongly advise that you attempt to contact them first; if the case cannot be resolved, please reach out to us with the details of your order and conversation with the shipping company. We are not responsible for items that go missing or are damaged during transit.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged. You MUST contact us when you receive the package to inform us that it is damaged. We will require photo evidence of both the box and product before the item can be accepted for return and/or refund. We are not responsible for damages that incur on the customer's behalf after delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition (unless damaged already), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Ship items back within 21 days of delivery.
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
1) Custom or personalized orders
2) Perishable products (like food or flowers)
3) Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
4) Items on sale or clearance
5) Completed build-at-home pieces
6) Gift cards/certificates
