Where we ship
We ship internationally by air, sea, and ground. Please ensure to check out our extended policy below for rates on duties, fees, etc.

How to track my order 
You can always track your order with the tracking number we provide you after purchase or by logging into your account to see your order history.

What to do if your item(s) is missing 
If your items have not arrived or are missing in transit, please contact the shipping company responsible for the delivery. Once the product leaves our warehouse, the delivery company becomes responsible for its possession and safe arrival. We can try to contact them on your behalf, but we strongly advise that you attempt to contact them first; if the case cannot be resolved, please reach out to us with the details of your order and conversation with the shipping company. We are not responsible for items that go missing or are damaged during transit. 

Processing vs shipping time
Processing Time: the estimated time it takes us to process, design, manufacture, and package your item before delivery; please note that processing times on some items are much longer than others due to their design nature. Don't let longer processing times hold you back as this often reflects the quality and careful attention to detail that goes into making your custom and/or handmade piece(s). In today's world, we often want our products to arrive the next day, but because our pieces are handcrafted by us or other artists, it is not always possible to provide this method of service. Our primary goal at Modero is always high-quality artistry followed by quick and efficient service.

Remote Shipping
Please note that those living in remote areas may be susceptible to a surcharge and additional shipping fees due to the nature of the shipping environment. We cover most standard shipping rates and costs over $50 CAD orders, but shipping to these areas requires additional coverage on behalf of our delivery partners.

How Will My Order Ship?
​We've carefully selected the shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible. Each item's delivery options will be noted on its product page, as well as in the shopping cart. Import duties where applicable are included in the price of the item, so you won't have to worry about paying upon delivery. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.​

Any Exceptions I Should Be Aware Of?
  • Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes
  • Shipping surcharge applies to remote areas. You will be notified of the surcharge upon entry of your postal code
Small Parcel Signatures are not required for Small Parcel deliveries, but the decision to leave your package will ultimately be at the discretion of the delivery carrier. If you have any special delivery instructions, we recommend placing a note on your door on the delivery date with your name, request, and tracking number.

Deliveries will be completed by UPS or FedEx. Available shipping services will be noted in your shopping cart, but generally include:
2-14 Day Shipping.

Ground Shipping
Please allow the full processing time required to ship from the warehouse (specified on each product page), plus 5-10 business days in transit for delivery.

How it works:​
1) Choose a delivery option for your Large Parcel item at checkout: Available delivery methods vary by item; all service options will be displayed in the shopping cart.
2) Your order gets picked up from the warehouse We'll send you a Ship Confirmation email to let you know your order is on its way.
3) Order is shipped to a Local Delivery Terminal in your region: A Large Parcel carrier transports your order with care to a delivery professional in your area.
4) Delivery appointment scheduled: Upon arrival, the local terminal will contact you to schedule a delivery date and appointment window.
5) Day of Delivery: Welcome your new order home! Be sure to inspect the shipment contents upon delivery. If you have any concerns regarding the condition or packaging of your order, simply describe the issue on the delivery receipt provided by the driver and contact us for assistance.

Outside Front Door Drop-Off
This delivery service offers an extra set of hands. A skilled delivery team will unload your shipment from the truck and take it to the first available dry area outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). You will then be responsible for further transport beyond that point.
  • Delivery Scheduling: You will be notified of your delivery date and 4-hour appointment window via email once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal. The delivery terminal's contact information will be included in case you need to reschedule your delivery.
  • Signature Required: No. You are not required to be present to accept the delivery. Your item(s) will be left in the first available dry area, as long as the delivery team determines the area is safe and secure
  • Packaging Removal Included: No
  • Assembly Service Included: No

When Will My Order Arrive?
Every product on our site has an estimated Processing Time - the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment at the warehouse or handmade by our partners. To provide you with the greatest selection on the internet, we ship from warehouses all over the country. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Other items, such as custom pieces, require a longer time (e.g. 2-4 weeks).

Tracking Packages
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your item(s) leaves the warehouse
  • If you have more than one order that has shipped, select the specific order on your order page (if you made a customer account) that you'd like to track items from. If the items you'd like to track have been shipped, the tracking information will be displayed for you here
Free Shipping? Items over $50 CAD will ship for free! In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or, in certain cases, charge shipping per item. This charge, if any, is indicated in your shopping cart and covers ground and/or air shipping worldwide. We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. Order Amount for promotional shipping doesn't include, and offer doesn't apply to, gift cards, applicable shipping charges, international fees, or sales tax. Shipping surcharge applies to remote areas. You will be notified of the surcharge upon entry of your postal code. We keep it simple–our pricing is straightforward and all-inclusive, which saves you time and energy.
