We are the manufacturer based in Yiwu, Zhejiang Provice, PRC. Our main business involved in the production, distribution and selling of printed wall art, oil paintings and painting frames.
2, You accept OEM and ODM?
We can do the OEM and ODM per your needs, till now we have cooperated with Walmart,
Metro, Auchan and some other retailers. We also accept special custimized order, HD pictures, sizes are needed.
3, Do you offer free samples?
We can offer free samples in small dimensions, samples shipping fee is needed from buyers.
4, How many days it takes to produce?
For quantity under 50 pcs, we will finish in 3 days. For large quantity, please consult us.
5, How many days it takes to deliver?
We offer different options, for express lik FedEx, DHL, TNT, it usually take 4-10 days.
If trans by sea for larger quantity, it may take up to 40 days.
6, What is your Minimum Order Quantity (often call MOQ ) ?

You can always track your order with the tracking number we provide you after purchase or by logging into your account to see your order history.
What to do if your item(s) is missing
If your items have not arrived or are missing in transit, please contact the shipping company responsible for the delivery. Once the product leaves our warehouse, the delivery company becomes responsible for its possession and safe arrival. We can try to contact them on your behalf, but we strongly advise that you attempt to contact them first; if the case cannot be resolved, please reach out to us with the details of your order and conversation with the shipping company. We are not responsible for items that go missing or are damaged during transit.
We gladly accept returns on select items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Ship items back within 21 days of delivery.
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
1) Custom or personalized orders
2) Perishable products (like food or flowers)
3) Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

5) Completed build-at-home pieces

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged. You MUST contact us when you receive the package to inform us that it is damaged.
