Care: Turkish towels become softer and fluffier over time with more use and washings. Machine wash cold with like colors and hang dry or tumble dry on low. Do not use bleach or fabric softener as they can damage the fabric. If you get a pull in your towel or blanket, simply cut the loop. It will not unravel!
Originally used in Turkish baths, Turkish towels, also known as peshtamels or hammam towels, have been traditionally hand-loomed in Turkey for centuries. They are made using extra-long, tightly woven fibers which gives them a lightweight, yet highly absorbent quality. The patterns feature vibrant motifs conveying the timeless heritage of the Antatolia culture.
Our Turkish towels are loomed by small, family owned workshops in the Denizli region of Turkey. Weaving is the main source of income for these skilled weavers, who pride themselves on keeping the looming tradition alive, utilizing manual craftsmanship without compromising quality. They only use eco-friendly, OEKO-TEX certified, 100% natural fibers such as cotton and bamboo and colors are achieved through non-harmful dyes.

What to do if your item(s) is missing
If your items have not arrived or are missing in transit, please contact the shipping company responsible for the delivery. Once the product leaves our warehouse, the delivery company becomes responsible for its possession and safe arrival. We can try to contact them on your behalf, but we strongly advise that you attempt to contact them first; if the case cannot be resolved, please reach out to us with the details of your order and conversation with the shipping company. We are not responsible for items that go missing or are damaged during transit.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged. You MUST contact us when you receive the package to inform us that it is damaged. We will require photo evidence of both the box and product before the item can be accepted for return and/or refund. We are not responsible for damages that incur on the customer's behalf after delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition (unless damaged already), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
1) Custom or personalized orders
2) Perishable products (like food or flowers)
3) Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
4) Items on sale or clearance
5) Completed build-at-home pieces
6) Gift cards/certificates
